At Turnberry Ingredients Corporation, excellence is not just a goal — it’s a reflection of our values in action. Last September 29, 2025, the Human Resources Department organized an inspiring activity titled “Canvas of Excellence: Achieving Through Core Values.” This creative workshop invited employees to express how life’s experiences — both joyful and challenging — shape who we are and who we aspire to be.
Through art and storytelling, participants explored how each of our core values forms the foundation of our growth and culture. Strive for Achievement celebrated how personal and collective success fuels progress. Independent Thinking and Right Balance encouraged finding perspective, harmony, and meaning in both triumphs and trials. Customer Focus reminded everyone to deepen empathy by understanding the stories and emotions of the people we serve. Finally, Malasakit brought heart, care, and shared responsibility into everything we do.
Guided by the theme “Painting Our Core Values,” each participant was challenged to create two scenes — one representing their happiest moment, and another depicting a time of sadness. This reflection-through-art activity encouraged everyone to find beauty and purpose in every phase of life. The artworks were judged based on expression and storytelling, creativity, relevance to core values, and overall impact, highlighting not only artistic skill but also authenticity and emotional connection.
After the activity, everyone gathered for a shared lunch, where laughter and stories continued to flow. The celebration also extended to our September birthday celebrants, making the moment even more special as the team came together to honor creativity, camaraderie, and connection.
As brushes met canvas, stories of resilience, gratitude, and hope unfolded — a living testament that Turnberry’s values are more than words on paper; they are experiences that define who we are, how we lead, and how we care.
