On October 14, 2025, Turnberry Ingredients Corporation held its State of the Company Address (SOCA), where employees gathered to reflect on the company’s performance and direction.

The session reviewed our Q3 Rocks, discussing which goals were achieved, which needed improvement, and introducing the Q4 Rocks and upcoming company initiatives. This quarterly reflection allowed everyone to align on priorities and continue driving Turnberry’s purpose forward — Nourishing People. Uplifting Lives.

During the event, we also recognized outstanding employees who exemplified dedication and teamwork. Ms. Amelia Cachapero received the Core Value Award, while two of our Sales Agents were also acknowledged for their notable contributions this quarter — a reflection of their hard work and consistency in delivering results.

Following the SOCA, our HR team hosted an engaging activity: Charades: “Guess Who?” Edition — Act it. Feel it. Live it.
Teams of 3–5 participants acted out real-life stories shared during the June “Inside Out” activity, with their teammates guessing which colleague was being portrayed. Each round encouraged laughter, creativity, and connection, while deepening everyone’s appreciation for each other’s stories and values.

Special recognitions were also given for Best Acting, Most Memorable Story, and Best Teamwork, making the experience both meaningful and fun. The day ended on a light note as everyone shared snacks and conversations, closing the afternoon with smiles and stronger bonds.
